TWIN CITY LABOR TEMPS is your partner in providing support and solutions to meet your rapidly changing business needs throughout the year; helping you solve all of your permanent, temporary and seasonal staffing needs.

TWIN CITY LABOR TEMPS specializes in finding temporary workers for industrial, assembly, warehouses, agricultural, landscaping, nursery, lawn care services, commercial, waste management, janitorial and moving companies.

As an employment agency, TWIN CITY LABOR TEMPS matches workers to open jobs and we offer a variety of services like most of the staffing companies.

WE DO:
- temporary help (temporary personal supply arrangements),
- temporary-to-permanent placement (a minimum number of hours is required),
- long-term help (long term personal supply arrangements),
- contract help (personal supply arrangements based on a specific project)
However, WE DO NOT:
- offer permanent placement (however our temps can take a permanent position in your organization),
- manage services (often called outsourcing),
- do training,
- do human resources consulting,
- lease back client's employees.
WE ARE NOT:
- a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that manages HR services,
- a recruitment firm, which places permanent employees. However our temps can, in specific cases, be offered permanent positions.
