If you are not satisfied
with any worker for any reason, please notify
TWIN
CITY LABOR TEMPS
immediately and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
No hidden fees:

- You
choose how much you want to pay the temp workers,
- You
add the agreed upon billing fee (usually
50%): this is it! It's that simple!
For
example: if you choose to give a $10.00 hourly
gross salary to your temp worker,
you will receive a $15.00 net
billing that covers all the payroll, taxes and insurance costs.
The billing rate:
The
fees are directly related to your line of work and the assigned risk
rate as defined by the
Minnesota Workers' Compensation Insurers
Association.

A quick and simple process:
- Each
Monday morning, please fax us the timesheets for your temps.

Twin City Labor Temps will then
mail you the weekly invoice: See

- The
following Friday, the temporary employees receive their paycheck.

Temps is to promptly remit your payment upon receiving
the invoice; your prompt remittance helps us keep our low cost of
service. |
